I think that's a facility FCE can be envious of. Not quite as nice as San Antonio's but very good for NASL soccer.

I just skimmed the article and mostly just looked at the pictures. For Div 2, it's great. But how often is that place going to be less than half full?

I think they realize that as well, at least for the near future, thats why they are wanting to use the endzone seating area as an advertising zone with special billboards when "those seats aren't needed". Fancy tarps with team colors and logo's will be their friend as well if they're smart, ala Chivas USA who tarps sections of the Home Depot Center and it looks quite good actually, and Whitecaps do this as well in BC Place.

They averaged 3800 per game last season so hopefully they can up that to 5000 per game for 2013 which would be half the stadium full.

Perhaps, but also "prudent future planning" the way that NASL seems to be going lately. :(
